COMFORT COTTAGE ACCESS STATEMENT

On arrival there is ample car parking space on level ground. The approach to Comfort Cottage is via shallow but wide steps, with a hand rail on the right- hand side, leading to the gate into the private, enclosed patio garden. There is also the option of avoiding steps and using grass slope for access to the cottage, thereby leaving just the two front-door steps which could be ramped if required.

The entire cottage is on one level with no further steps. The front door gives access to the kitchen/dining area and through to the open-plan living room. Off this room is a small vestibule with doors leading to the bathroom and the bedroom.
